Tartine Love

After class today I did a quick run to Dolores Park so I can get fresh bread from one of the best bakery I know. Tartine Bakery lies in the corner of Guerrero and 18th Street and I found actually from Yelp (A really great site if you are new to a place.) The store is really small and usually in the morning, there is always a looong line but lemme tell you. It is worth the wait. It feels like you are eating love itself and I have keep coming back for more even though I live freaking far away from that place (Wish I have a car!)

Today I got half a loaf of sourdough bread from Tartine which only serve after five :). Remember that, I learn it the hard way by coming to early but still worth it cause I got a nice morning bun :P. The bread was still warm from the oven and I can't help but to keep picking at it till I reached home. Look at the ugly bite marks on the bread! I can't help gnawing on it :P



Another thing I got from Tartine is the awesome Lemon Cream Tart they have. This is a surprise because I am not a big fan of lemon cakes or sweets but this one is just perfect! Thin crusty bottom and creamy lemon filling just make any hard days perfect. I bring it home and share it with my roommate as a surprise for her! :) Taste soo good!
